Our Solution Framework is a jump-start and a quality-lift to all that we do.
Think of the Framework as a tool box, as well as the hardware store. The Solution Framework includes the tools to run a project (industry insight, hands-on experience, and proven methodology), and provides a pre-constructed foundation (software components, base requirements for new systems, and reusable processes and test cases) specific to automotive finance.
For example, when clients call on us to define a dealer extranet strategy, we don't start from scratch. We start with a comprehensive list of potential functionality that can then be prioritized and translated into specific requirements to fit that organization. If our client wants an eContracting business rule validation engine, Emercent eliminates the "Where do we start?" question by providing common contract validations and proven, reusable implementation approaches.
