Emercent worked closely with this lending organization to centralize, normalize, and create a single source for their vehicle, customer, and dealer data. Through the creation of an abstract data model and data source, Emercent built a solution that serves as the foundation for dealer relationship, customer relationship, and campaign management. It also serves as personalized content management on the Extranet and Internet. In addition, a single source of accurate vehicle data (including purchased source data and manufacturer data) was created for use on the Extranet, Internet, and throughout all internal systems.

This solution saved our client money, was faster, more efficient and lowered risk.
